I had a few favorites over the years. It is hard to choose...

One of my favorite teachers taught my English 11 Honors class and Great Books. Her classroom definitely reflected her personality. You could not find one spot uncovered on the wall. She had posters of Woodstock '69 and Jim Morrison and other musicians of the '60s and '70s. I think there were some from the '80s too... if I am remembering correctly. She had a coffee pot that she usually keep on (I had her morning classes). The room always smelled like coffee. She made it a place you wanted to be. She did not take any shit from some of the morons that some how got into her class and they did not last long :). She taught a great deal and did not just teach for the tests like some teachers. She was a great teacher. I hope she is having a great retirement!
